Rewards are perks are given quarterly (3 months) based on the highest tier achieved during the same quarter. The Rewards for each tier does not carry over. For example, if you achieve Silver Member in February and Gold Member in March, you will only be able to claim all the Rewards for the Gold Member.

Do note that you can ONLY claim your tier rewards in the following quarter. After claiming your Rewards, your existing tier is reset, but your VIP status still remains.

Do note that Benefits and Promotions for different tiers are not stackable. For example, if you are upgraded to Gold Member, you can no longer enjoy Silver Member’s Benefits and Promotions.

Your current tier’s Benefits & Promotions are valid for one whole year from the date you upgraded to the next level tier. The Benefits & Promotions you receive are based on the highest tier achieved within the year.

A: You will need to deposit at least RM100,000 within a single quarter (3 months) to become a Silver Member.
A: You will have to deposit the minimum amount required by each tier into your account. For example, if you are currently a Red Member, you will have to deposit at least RM100,000 to become a Silver Member, and from Silver Member, you will need to deposit at least another RM300,000 to become a Gold Member.
A: Rewards are claimable for up to 90 days of the following quarter. For example, if you are a Silver Member in Q1, you can claim your Silver tier rewards within 90 days in Q2.
A: Rewards are perks that are claimable after every quarter. After claiming your Rewards, your tier level is reset. Rewards mostly include real-life prizes like movie and concert tickets, hotel stays, trip incentives and devices.
A: No. For Rewards, the incentive prizes given out will be based on the highest tier achieved during the quarter. For example, if you are a Red Member and you manage to upgrade to Silver and then Gold within the same quarter, you will only enjoy the Gold tier prizes.

Benefits and Promotions are bonuses that can be enjoyed immediately after you upgrade your tier level. Benefits and Promotions perks are valid for a year from the time you upgrade. Most Benefits and Promotions are in-game perks that can help elevate your game further, like personalized VIP customer support, rebates and bonuses among others.
A: No. The incentives under Benefits and Promotions are not stackable. For example, if you are a Red Member and you manage to upgrade to Silver and then Gold within the same year, you will only enjoy the Gold tier incentives for one year.
A: For Rewards the prizes given out every quarter (3 months) are based on the highest tier earned during that same quarter. For example, if you end Q2 as a Gold Member, you will get to enjoy the prizes under the Gold tier.

For Benefits and Promotions, the incentives are given out based on your current tier and valid for one year. For example, if you achieve Gold tier, you will get to enjoy all the incentives under the Gold tier for one year. If your tier is upgraded to Platinum within the same year, you will enjoy all the incentives under the Platinum tier for one year.
A: To retain your member tier status for the following year, you will need to deposit the required amount by the last quarter of the year. For example, if your Platinum Member status is valid from January - December, you will need to achieve a RM1,000,000 deposit by the final quarter of the year (October) to retain your existing tier level for the following year.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WinClub88 (“WC88”) WinClub88 VIP Program (“Program”) is governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”). By submitting an application for membership to the Program (“Application”), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
    MEMBERSHIP
  1. Individuals aged 18 years and above are eligible to apply for membership to the Program.
  2. This membership is applicable to those that are not: (a) Companies, partnerships, trading companies, sole proprietors, societies and any other types of incorporated or unincorporated body; or (b) such other persons or groups of persons excluded from the membership as determined by WC88 from time to time.
  3. The approval of the Application and subsequent grant of membership to the Program is at the sole and absolute discretion of WC88.
  4. WINCLUB88 TIER SYSTEM
  5. Upon the approval of the Application, Members will be able to check their membership tier and status on the VIP Page. The details and benefits for each of the membership tiers will be displayed on said VIP Page.
  6. The WinClub88 VIP Program is personal to and can only be used by the Member to whom the WinClub88 VIP status was issued to.
  7. Each transaction for the collection and/or redemption of benefits and privileges of a Member may only be attributed to their respective membership account. Combining membership accounts for the collection and/or redemption of benefits and privileges is prohibited. Members in breach of this clause may have their benefits and privileges revoked and membership terminated.
  8. Each Member can only hold one (1) type of WinClub88 VIP Member tier.
  9. The WinClub88 VIP Member status may be declined by WC88 if it: (a) has expired; (b) is invalid; (c) has been altered, edited or re-embossed; or (d) does not match with the details in the main system. WC88 may revise or introduce additional policies and restrictions on use and acceptance of the WinClub88 VIP Member status from time to time.
  10. WINCLUB88 TIER STATUS
  11. Any and all deposits and any other benefits and privileges collected, accumulated and acquired by individual Members (“Comps”) are not transferable to another member and/or the Member’s estate, successors or assignees. Any transfer, sale, purchase, trade, barter or other similar dealings with their Comps is prohibited. Members in breach of this clause may have their Comps forfeited and membership terminated.
  12. WC88 will disclose or explain the calculation methods relating to the amount deposited and accumulation and acquisition of any other Comps to the extent they are not protected by confidentiality or is a trade secret of WC88 or a third party.
  13. WC88 may revise the rate, validity period and expiry of the Tier Status and any other Comps from time to time.
  14. WC88 does not warrant that the Tier Status and solution is uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from any defects or error.
  15. WINCLUB88 VIP MEMBER REWARD SYSTEM
  16. Rewards are claimable anytime in the quarter and is valid for 90 day(s) unless stated otherwise by WC88. WC88 may revise the rate, validity period and expiry of the reward from time to time when necessary.
  17. Members are entitled to only one (1) claim per quarter regardless of higher tiers achieved in the period after the claim is completed.
  18. Reward entitlement is effective for 90 day(s) starting from the member join date.
  19. Rewards are not exchangeable with cash.
  20. Rewards system based on quarter expiry date , rewards tier will be reset once the quarter has ended.
  21. WINCLUB88 VIP MEMBER BENEFIT SYSTEM
  22. Benefits are active for 365 day(s) unless stated otherwise by WC88. WC88 may revise the rate, validity period and expiry of the benefits from time to time when necessary.
  23. Benefit entitlement is effective for 365 day(s) starting from the member join date.
  24. Birthday bonus, birthday gift, seasonal bonus, seasonal gift and friend referral bonus are not exchangeable with cash.
  25. Benefits are dependent on the highest Tier Status achieved during the 365 day(s) and is void at membership expiry date.
  26. WINCLUB88 VIP MEMBER PROMOTION SYSTEM
  27. Privileges are active for 365 day(s) unless stated otherwise by WC88. WC88 may revise the rate, validity period and expiry of the benefits from time to time when necessary.
  28. Privilege entitlement is effective for 365 day(s) starting from the member join date.
  29. Privileges are dependent on the highest Tier Status achieved during the 365 day(s) and is void at membership expiry date.
  30. MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION/TERMINATION
  31. WC88 will notify Members if their membership has been suspended or terminated by WC88.
  32. During suspension of the membership, the suspended member will not be able to enjoy any and all of the rights, benefits and privileges given to them regardless of whether or not such rights, benefits and privileges were requested prior to the suspension period to be enjoyed during the suspension period.
  33. Upon termination of the membership, the terminated Member shall cease to enjoy any and all of the rights, benefits and privileges previously given to them on and from the termination date regardless of whether or not such rights, benefits and privileges were requested prior to the termination date to be enjoyed after the termination date.
  34. PERSONAL DATA
  35. By submitting the application for membership to the Program, applicants and members acknowledge, agree and consent WC88 full authority their personal information.
  36. Members also expressly acknowledge, agree and consent to receiving advertising, marketing, promotional and informational communications from WC88, its affiliates and business partners.
  37. LIABILITY
  38. To the extent permitted by law: (a) in no event is WC88 liable to the members, Supplementary members and/or any third parties for any loss or injury or any special, direct, indirect, i ncidental, exemplary or consequential loss, penalty, damage, costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs) (“Claim”) which may be incurred or suffered by members, Supplementary members and/or third parties as a result of or arising directly or indirectly in connection with the membership to the Program and/or use of the WinClub88 VIP Program (including the Supplementary Card); and (b) if WC88 is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the liabilities of WC88 for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action shall be limited to Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100).
  39. Members shall be liable to WC88 for any Claim which may be incurred or suffered by WC88 as a result of or arising directly or indirectly from any breach on the part of the Members in complying and observing these Terms and Conditions. WC88 may deduct the equivalent value of the Claim from member wallet as settlement (or partial settlement) of the Claim.
  40. MISCELLANEOUS
  41. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  42. WC88 reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  43. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other versions.
